Reinicie o terminal.
Corre: cleanopenwith
Se você ainda vir duplicatas, reinicie o localizador: killall Finder
Se executar cleanopenwith apresentar um erro (não encontrado), tente executar source ~/.bashrce execute cleanopenwithnovamente.
