Usando o nmap para executar ping rapidamente em todos os hosts em um intervalo de endereços

Preciso de um tempo para dar uma olhada rápida para verificar o que está acontecendo na minha rede. Aqui está como faço isso:

Para executar ping em cada ip de 192.168.0.1 a 192.168.0.254:

nmap -sP -R 192.168.0.1-254

-sP significa: PING

-R significa: pesquisa reversa para encontrar o nome de domínio
