Sempre execute cmd.exe como administrador

Para sempre executar o cmd (ou qualquer programa) como administrador no Windows 7, modifique o regedit da seguinte forma:

* Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionAppCompatFlagsLayers (create if necessary)
*Create a Key-value
  *for the key, the full path: i.e. C:WindowsSystem32cmd.exe (no quotes)
  *for the value, RUNASADMIN (no quotes either)
